Guiding you through the journey to certification

The recommended starting point on the journey to certification is for an organisation to undergo a diagnostic review of its existing systems and processes. WMQC will provide an experienced member of its ISO Practitioner team to carry out this review.

The diagnostic will typically take around two hours, and WMQC will subsidise this activity.The diagnostic will help an organisation understand what is currently in place and what will need to be done to meet the requirements of a particular management system.

WMQC will prepare a summary report from the diagnostic, with an itemised list of proposals for the organisation to consider. This will outline recommended areas for support and provide a clear sighted view as to the best way forward.
