Once a management system has been completed and implemented, it is important the organisation ensures that all elements of the system are ready for assessment.

As final preparation for assessment, WMQC can provide clients with a desktop check of the system. This would typically include a mock audit and a management review. This activity will validate the complete cycle of the system, and identify any areas that will need further attention ahead of the official, final assessment.

The actual assessment must ultimately of course be carried out by a recognised, independent certification body of the organisation’s choosing.

WMQC can offer organisations advice on identifying and selecting a suitable assessor, and also what to expect as part of the assessment process.
