Guiding you through the journey to certification

It is important that the implementation phase of the certification journey is tailored according to the specific needs of each individual organisation.

The degree of support required will vary from organisation to organisation, and depend upon existing in-house expertise and available budget. An organisation may opt to carry out some activities internally, but will require external assistance with others.

WMQC can offer a hands-on approach, where a consultant will put together the necessary management system documentation themselves. Alternatively they can help the organisation prepare their own, and then review and assess the outputs.

It is also possible that existing systems and procedures may simply just need adapting or enhancing, and again the WMQC consultant can help facilitate this activity.
