What about development and training?
NVQs are concerned with how you perform at work, they do not depend on attendance on specific courses or programmes of study. Where you find a gap in your knowledge or performance you decide for yourself and/or in consultation with your Assessor and your Manager, how you will fill that gap.
WMQC is able to provide development workshops/mentoring where appropriate.
